Swansea Community Farm is seeking an experienced and motivated Child and Youth Worker to lead with the delivery of its Children In Need funded Growing Stronger Project.

This right candidate will work alongside our young people, aged 2 -18 years, and deliver Farm based activities and training opportunities that improve the health, wellbeing and confidence of young people facing disadvantage.

Swansea Community Farm is the only city Farm in Wales and helps to connect people of all backgrounds, ages and abilities with their food, their environment and each other. An essential part of this is our successful Child and Youth project which provides learning, volunteering and play opportunities for young people

Experience and qualifications in community work, youth work or play work are desirable. Weekend working is a requirement of this post.
