Job Opportunity Animal Wellbeing Worker

Swansea Community Farm is seeking an experienced and motivated Animal Wellbeing Worker to lead on animal care and support delivery of our adult volunteer programme.

The right candidate will work alongside our volunteers, aged 16-80, and deliver Farm-based volunteering activities and training which improve the health, wellbeing and confidence of those involved. This post involves caring for the Farm’s animals and people; and training and empowering volunteers to feel confident in doing the same.

Swansea Community Farm is the only city Farm in Wales and is focussed on improving wellbeing and reconnecting people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities with their food, their environment and each other.
