Award Winners!

Yesterday was an exciting night for a few farm staff and a trustee as they got out of their stinky overalls and into glitz and glam for The Early Years and Play Celebration Awards at the Brangwyn Hall.

The awards funded by Swansea Council were designed to shine a light on the Early Years and Play settings across Swansea and hopefully help ensure that the workforce feels valued and demonstrate to them they are appreciated for what they do.

The Farm team won an award for Enabling Environments which celebrates projects that help children experience and learn about the natural world around them. This is a fantastic achievement for our Child and Youth project and the hard working staff who work tirelessly to make sure children who come here have the best time. The award was even more special knowing that it was voted for by the public so a massive farm 'Diolch' goes to everyone who voted for us.
