Doubling Down on Mental Health: Join Us in Supporting Our Rare Breed Animals and Volunteers!

As we announced this week, we are excited once again to be taking part in the Big Give's Green Match Fund, where all donations made to the Farm from 18th - 25th April will be DOUBLED by the Big Give. We are aiming to raise £10,000 in just one week and we need your help! This year's funds will go towards helping care for our amazing rare breed animals, which will in turn help hundreds of individuals with their mental health and wellbeing.

Film and Media student Jasmine Jones, who is studying at Coleg Sir Gâr recently created this great video showcasing Farm volunteering. Operations Manager Katharine, along with some of our amazing volunteers share details about the Farm and how volunteering can help with mental health and wellbeing.

As volunteer Nico says: "If you are struggling with something and you don't have the support that you feel you could have it's a very good place to start because the volunteers are trained to support each other with mental health first aid and you get to work with the animals which is very therapeutic. Because people love it genuinely. I've seen so many people like i said have been here for five years."

Please help support our amazing volunteers by donating today and doubling your donation: Goat-ally Green (biggive.org)

You can also visit our Local Giving Page and sign up as a monthly donor which truly helps us sustain our amazing project in the community.
