Future Generations Commissioner Focus Group
On Thursday the 27th of July the office of the Future Generations Commissioner will be here at the Farm to find out how our amazing volunteers would like to see the Wales of the future change and develop.
We have an amazing bunch of volunteers who have so many ideas and lived experience of living with health conditions, struggling to get support and creating a supportive community that keeps a farm open for the community and look after nature. They certainly aren't shy about sharing their opinions either! Who better to help policy makers understand how their future decisions might impact the people of Wales? We think it is amazing and an honour that our volunteers' awesomeness is being recognised by important people who influence the government and hope to see more of this kind of reaching out to real people in the future.
If you'd like to join us from 11.30 - 1pm including a cuppa, cinnamon buns, biscuits and fruit and followed by a free lunch and the Future Generations Commissioner's Office will be making a generous contribution to help us buy supplies for our community food pantry. Diolch! What a great way of working.
